In April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), found that charges applied by Credit Card companies were too high. As a result, most companies have now reduced their charges to £12. However, even if you have only ever been charged £12 fees we can still make a claim on your behalf! Why? Because we believe that this charge is still too high and is not a true and fair representation of the “administration” costs given by the credit card providers.
Credit and store card reclaims are unaffected by the current test case and refunds are being applied for in the usual way. We can only claim for charges going back to the last 6 years from the date we apply (5 in Scotland).
